Two-way video conferencing over IP networks

In today's competitive, fast-paced world it's not always easy to stay in touch by meeting face-to-face. XVD CamCast Premier is a high-end professional video conferencing solution that brings dispersed groups of people together with a "same room" visual and audio experience.

The CamCast Premier is an integrated two-way, point-to-point streaming solution that utilizes broadband Internet networks to present true satellite-quality broadcasts - and at a fraction of the cost and effort.

XVD video quality now makes it possible to "see the writing on the wall," providing the visual sharpness to actually read white boards, view presentations and watch speakers, all in full-motion DVD-resolution. Audio is also crystal clear, with advanced acoustic compression technology and features like echo canceling to bring clarity to your message.

Perfect for event conferencing, CamCast Premier is easy to set up and can stream broadcasts reliably for hours. Successful conferences have already been conducted with impressive large screen viewing at only 700 Kbps.

And unlike satellite broadcasts, CamCast Premier's two-way event streaming can be configured with a CamCast server to allow authorized users to view the broadcast remotely from their desktops, giving event managers greater flexibility in reaching their audiences.

  • Highly-reliable DSP-based design provides instant-on and always reliable service
  • Supports multiple resolutions (up to full-D1) and bit rates (up to 2Mbps per stream)
  • Echo canceling feature for delivering superior audio
  • Simple set-up

    How it Works:

XVD CamCast Premier hardware devices stream two-way video and audio simultaneously through a broadband Internet connection. Satellite-quality broadcasts can be achieved with bit rates of 700Kbps per stream. Bit rates up to 2Mbps are supported.

With the addition of a CamCast Server, video conferencing can be expanded to remote audiences who can listen in and watch the presentations from their desktops or, with a CamCast Receiver, even on their TV.
